Archive to Google Drive

Your invoice archive, in your own Drive — by month, yours to keep.

ANAF keeps invoices downloadable for only 60 days, but the law requires you to keep them for 5 years. We pull every received e-Factura invoice, render it as an official ANAF PDF, and archive it automatically to your own Google Drive in YYYY.MM folders.

  • YYYY.MM folders, in your own Google Drive
  • Captured before the 60-day SPV window closes
  • Your data stays yours — never trapped with us

60 days vs. 5 years

SPV is not an archive — it is only a transmission channel.

ANAF keeps the XML downloadable for roughly 60 days; after that, no one can download the invoice from SPV anymore. At the same time, the law requires you to keep your fiscal documents for at least 5 years. The gap between those 60 days and those 5 years is yours to cover — and that is exactly what we cover, automatically, before the invoices disappear.

How it works

Captured early, rendered official, reconciled with SPV

Every received invoice — pulled before it expires, filed as the official ANAF PDF, and reconciled with anything you downloaded by hand from the SPV web interface.

01

Captured before the 60-day window

ANAF keeps each invoice downloadable for only about 60 days. We pull every received invoice automatically, well before that window closes — so nothing slips away.

02

Official ANAF PDF

Each invoice is rendered as the official ANAF PDF — the same representation a tax inspector sees — and filed into the matching YYYY.MM folder in your own Drive.

03

Reconcile scan

A reconcile pass walks the connected folder and adopts the invoices you pulled manually from SPV — including the Cumparate_<id>.zip archives the SPV web UI produces. It matches them, marks what is already archived, and flags what is missing.

An exacting custodian

Your archive, kept the way you would keep it for an audit

By year and month, as an official ANAF PDF, in your own Drive.

Tidy YYYY.MM folders

Each PDF lands in <span class="font-mono">parent/YYYY.MM/</span> inside your own Drive — by year and month, exactly the way you would arrange them yourself for an audit.

In your own Google Drive

The archive does not sit in our cloud. PDFs go into your Google Drive account, which you own and control in full.

Official ANAF PDF

The PDF is the official ANAF representation generated from the invoice — the same PDF a tax inspector sees, not a third-party re-render.

Unattended

You connect ANAF once with the USB token. After that, every new invoice is pulled, converted and archived on its own, without you ever logging back into SPV.

Transparent reconcile

See clearly what is archived, what needs re-uploading to the current folder, and what is missing from Drive — with the exact Drive path shown on each invoice.

Your data stays yours

Your data is never trapped with us. The XML (the legal original) and the PDFs are yours; export them anytime.

Your data is never trapped with us

Your data stays yours

The archive is not locked inside our cloud. PDFs go into your own Google Drive, and the XML — the legal original — stays available anytime, individually or in bulk. If you stop using us, your Drive folder remains intact, arranged by month, ready for an audit.

  • The archive lives in your Google Drive account, not ours.
  • Export XML and PDF anytime — individually or as a bulk ZIP.

Frequently asked questions

Întrebări frecvente

Why do I have to archive my invoices myself if they are already in SPV?
Because SPV is not an archive — it is only a transmission channel. ANAF keeps the XML downloadable for roughly 60 days; after that, no one can download the invoice from SPV anymore. At the same time, the law requires you to keep fiscal documents for at least 5 years. The gap between those 60 days and those 5 years is yours to cover — and that is exactly what we automate.
Are the archived PDFs the official ANAF ones?
Yes. Each PDF is rendered by ANAF’s own service from the original XML, so it is identical to the representation a tax inspector sees — not a third-party re-render. That is the file we place into your Drive.
What happens to invoices I already downloaded manually from SPV?
A reconcile scan walks your Drive folder and adopts them. It even recognises the Cumparate_<id>.zip archives produced by the SPV web interface, matches them with the invoices in the app, and shows you what is already archived, what was moved, and what is missing.
Where are my invoices actually stored?
Archived PDFs go into your own Google Drive, in YYYY.MM folders. The XML (the legal original) and a cached PDF also stay in your account inside the app. The archive is not locked inside our cloud.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes — your data is never trapped with us. The Drive folder is yours and stays intact, with the PDFs arranged by month, even if you stop using us. XMLs and PDFs can be downloaded anytime, individually or in bulk (ZIP).
Why Google Drive and not a cloud of your own?
Because the archive should remain yours, under your control, without depending on our existence. Your Drive is a place you already own, can share with your accountant, and can audit. We use the Drive permission only to scan the folder (to reconcile with what you already have) and to upload the PDF representations.
