For foreign-owned Romanian companies
Automatically download & archive your Romanian e-Factura invoices.
Connect ANAF once with your USB certificate. Then we pull every invoice your suppliers send through Romania’s e-Factura (SPV), render the official ANAF PDF and archive it to your own Google Drive — month by month, for every company, with no one logging into SPV by hand.
- PDF identical to the official ANAF representation
- One authorization → every company on the certificate
- Archive to your own Google Drive — yours to keep
Free to start · no card · VAT included
ANAF deletes invoices from SPV after about 60 days. You must keep them for 5 years.
SPV is not an archive — it is only a transmission system. ANAF keeps the XML for roughly 60 days, but Romanian law requires you to retain invoices for 5 years. eFacturaSPV pulls and archives them automatically, before they disappear.
How it works
Connect once. Everything else runs on its own.
No more logging into SPV, no more touching the token, no more manual downloads.
Connect ANAF once
Tap your USB certificate a single time. We complete ANAF’s official authorization — you never need the stick again.
We pull every received invoice
We check SPV automatically and download each invoice your suppliers send — across every CUI your certificate covers.
Official PDF + archive
We render the XML into the official ANAF PDF and archive it to your own Google Drive, by month. You see what is paid, unpaid and overdue.
Why eFacturaSPV
Built as an exacting custodian, not another invoicing suite
Five things invoicing suites treat as a side feature — and that we do properly, end to end.
Official ANAF PDF
You get the same official PDF ANAF generates from the invoice — the one a tax inspector sees, not a third-party re-render.
One USB tap, then unattended
The USB certificate is used once, at authorization. After that it runs on its own, with the connection renewed automatically.
One certificate → every company
A single authorization covers every CUI your certificate is enrolled for. Company switching, bulk import, team invites — built for accountants.
Archive to your own Drive
Folders by year and month in your own Google Drive. Your data stays yours, and the 5-year retention duty is covered.
Archive to Google Drive
Your archive, in your own Drive — by month, yours to keep
Every PDF lands in your own Google Drive, organized into YYYY.MM folders. A reconcile scan even adopts the invoices you pulled by hand from SPV. The data stays yours — you can take it with you anytime.
