Is the PDF official?
Yes. We use the exact same official ANAF rendering service as our paid app, so the PDF is the same one an ANAF inspector sees.
Is my file stored?
No. The XML is sent to ANAF for rendering and is not saved on our servers.
What file do I upload?
The XML of an e-invoice (UBL), wherever you have it from — a supplier emailed it, an accounting program exported it, it is sitting on your disk. You can also paste the XML content directly.
Can this run automatically for every invoice?
For an invoice you received through SPV you do not need this tool at all: its row carries a „Descarca PDF” button, one press. This converter is for an XML that came from somewhere else. And if you want every received invoice to land in your archive as a PDF on its own, that is what eFacturaSPV does.
Do I need a Romanian tax account to use this tool?
No. This converter only renders an XML you already have. It needs no login and no ANAF connection — it is useful for foreign-owned RO companies and international buyers who receive UBL files and want a readable, official representation.
