Received invoices, automatically

Download your supplier invoices from SPV — automatically.

Connect ANAF once with your USB certificate. We then pull every invoice your suppliers send to your Romanian company through e-Factura / SPV, render the official ANAF PDF, and archive it to your own Google Drive.

  • The same official ANAF PDF a tax inspector sees
  • One authorization covers every company on your certificate
  • Captured automatically before ANAF’s ~60-day SPV window closes

60 days vs. 5 years

ANAF deletes invoices from SPV after about 60 days. You must keep them for 5.

SPV is a transmission system, not an archive. ANAF keeps the XML for roughly 60 days, but Romanian law requires you to retain every invoice for 5 years — and ANAF provides no automatic archiving. eFacturaSPV pulls and files yours before they vanish, so the retention duty is met without anyone watching.

How it works

Connect once. The rest happens on its own.

No more logging into SPV, no more touching the token, no manual downloads.

01

Authorize ANAF once

Tap your USB certificate a single time. We connect over ANAF’s official secure flow — you never need the token plugged in again.

02

We pull every received invoice

We check SPV on a schedule and download each supplier invoice you received — for every company your certificate is enrolled for.

03

Official PDF, then archive

We get ANAF’s own official PDF from the original invoice file (XML) and file both in your Google Drive by month. You see at a glance what is paid, unpaid, and overdue.

From a raw file to an audit-faithful PDF

SPV only ever hands you a structured file. We turn it into the official PDF.

Every received invoice arrives inside SPV as a structured file (XML) in a ZIP — unreadable to most people and never a PDF. We get ANAF’s own official representation from it, so the PDF you download is exactly what an ANAF auditor would see. The original file — the legal original — stays available too.

Why eFacturaSPV

A precise custodian for received invoices — not another billing suite

Five things billing tools treat as an afterthought — and that we do properly, end to end.

Official ANAF PDF

You get the same official PDF ANAF generates from the invoice — the one a tax inspector sees, not a third-party re-render.

One USB tap, then unattended

The USB certificate is used once, at authorization. After that it runs on its own, with the connection renewed automatically.

One certificate → every company

A single authorization covers every CUI your certificate is enrolled for. Company switching, bulk import, team invites — built for accountants.

Archive to your own Drive

Folders by year and month in your own Google Drive. Your data stays yours, and the 5-year retention duty is covered.

Built for foreign-owned Romanian entities

Compliance you can run from anywhere, in a language you read

Since 1 July 2024, e-Factura is the sole legal channel for B2B invoices between Romanian-established taxable persons — a paper or emailed PDF is no longer a valid invoice. If you own or finance a Romanian subsidiary from abroad, your suppliers’ invoices already sit in SPV as XML you have to retrieve, convert, and retain. eFacturaSPV does that for every entity on one certificate, with an English interface and an archive in a Google Drive you control.

Frequently asked

Întrebări frecvente

What exactly does “download received invoices from SPV” mean?
Every B2B invoice issued to your Romanian company by a supplier lands in ANAF’s SPV as a structured file (XML) — never as a PDF. We pull each received invoice automatically, so you stop logging into SPV to fetch them by hand.
Do I need the USB token every time?
No. The qualified certificate is used once, at authorization. After that the connection to ANAF stays valid and renews automatically — with no token in the loop.
Are the PDFs official?
Yes. Each PDF is the official ANAF representation generated from the original invoice, so it is exactly what a tax inspector sees — not a third-party re-render.
How far back can you pull invoices?
Sixty days. That is ANAF’s hard limit — SPV keeps the XML for roughly 60 days, then it is no longer downloadable by anyone via the API. Because Romanian law requires you to retain invoices for 5 years, we pull and archive yours before they disappear.
Can one certificate cover several companies?
Yes. If your qualified certificate is enrolled in SPV for multiple CUIs, a single connection imports them all and keeps them in sync — purpose-built for foreign groups with several Romanian entities and for accountants.
Where is my data stored?
The XML (the legal original) and a cached PDF live in your account; the PDFs you choose are also archived to your own Google Drive, organized in YYYY.MM folders.
