Pricing questions

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from the app (Subscription → Cancel) — no emails, no phone calls. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to the permanent Free plan with all data intact. Reactivate anytime.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes — monthly or annually, matching the billing interval you chose. So there are no surprises, we send a reminder email 7 days before each monthly renewal and 30 days before an annual one. Cancel anytime in one click.
How does the 30-day trial work?
The paid plans (Pro and Firm) come with a 30-day full-feature trial, with no card required. When it ends, your account automatically moves to the permanent Free plan — you lose no invoices and no files — unless you add a card.
Do you offer refunds?
No. The 30-day trial — free, no card — is the evaluation period, so you can test everything before paying. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period. If a payment is ever returned, we automatically issue the corresponding credit note (storno), also through e-Factura.
How can I pay?
By card only (Visa or Mastercard), processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure hosted form and never touch our servers.
Do I get an invoice for my subscription?
Yes — every payment automatically generates a compliant RO e-Factura fiscal invoice, submitted to ANAF (SPV). You can view it and download the XML and PDF from the app. Our own invoices are e-Factura too. Naturally.
Is VAT included in these prices?
Yes. Every price shown includes 21% Romanian VAT, so the number you see is the number you pay. On the Firm and Firm Unlimited plans we also show the price excluding VAT (123.14 and 288.43 RON/month), for direct comparison with prices advertised without VAT.
What does Free actually include?
One company (CUI), unlimited pull of received invoices, automatic daily sync, the official ANAF PDF plus the original XML, one-click archiving to your own Google Drive, and mark paid / overdue. No card, free forever.
Why is reception unlimited on every plan?
Receiving supplier invoices is the whole job, so we never meter it — and daily sync runs on every plan. Plans differ on what happens next — automatic Google Drive archiving, bank-statement payment matching, bulk export and the multi-company console — not on how many invoices you receive.
How is the Firm plan priced for many companies?
Firm is a flat 149 RON/month (123.14 RON excl. VAT) up to 40 CUIs, then +5 RON/month per additional CUI — concretely, the 41st CUI takes the subscription from 149 to 154 RON/month. When the cost would exceed 349 RON/month (from 80 CUIs), the account moves to Firm Unlimited automatically — a flat 349 RON/month (288.43 excl. VAT) with no cap, so you never pay more than Firm Unlimited. At 150 companies that is about 2.3 RON per CUI per month.
Why pay when I can download from SPV myself?
Downloading from SPV by hand means logging in for each company, grabbing files one by one before they vanish after 60 days, and saving them somewhere safe yourself. We do it automatically for every company, turn each invoice into the official PDF, and keep a clean, dated archive in your own Google Drive.
